David D. Tran, M.D. and Kelly Ancona

Management Team

Our team is dedicated to caring for the patients in our community and work together to provide the best quality of care.

Office Manager

Kelly's educational background comes from over 30 years of on the job training.  She has worked in insurance, medical billing and management, and has had great teachers along the way.

Kelly has been in medical management for over 18 years.  She started in ER physician management, dermatology and is now managing this primary care physician practice.

She has been Dr. Tran's Office Manager since 2016, but has been his patient since 2014.  She believes Dr. Tran is a caring physician and that carries over into his practice.  She knew this is where she wanted to be, Dr. Tran needed her, and she wanted to make a difference.

Kelly is a mother of 4 beautiful and caring daughters who gave her 8 amazing grandchildren: 6 girls and 2 boys.  She is married to a wonderful and charismatic man who welcomed all these females in his life with only having 1 son.  They enjoy traveling and spending time with their family.

Medical Assistant

Monica received her CNA Certification from Northshore Technical Community College, and her MA Certification from Delta Community College.

She has been working in her field since 2018, and loves to help others and make her patients better.

Monica has been working with Dr. Tran since her externship in the beginning of 2018.  She loved her externship, and shortly after was granted full time employment. Her role as a Medical Assistant is to check vitals and assist Dr. Tran with patients.

When Monica isn't working, she is with her family and significant other.  She loves going to the city and discovering new places.
